Online Food Diary


Good Morning all,

I have come across a great 'free' weight loss tool at FitDay.

You can just plunk in the foods and beverages you have every day. It calculates your caloric intake for you. You can also enter the exercises you have done and your goals.

As a visual person it even translates your information into pie charts, which I love. YEAH!

Sign up and keep it up!

Right now, my wonderful hubby is cleaning out our pantry for me. It's so nice to have support within the home as well as outside of it.
